The ICANN DNS root zone Key Signing Key (KSK) rollover is scheduled for October 11, 2026. On this date, the new cryptographic trust anchor (KSK-2024) will be used to sign the root zone for the first time. This event is vital to the security of DNSSEC-validating resolvers worldwide.
