Amendment No. 2 to Registry Agreement

Amendment No. 2 effective as of 30 September 2004 ("Amendment") to the Registry Agreement dated 11 May 2001 ("Agreement"), by and between the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, a not-for-profit California corporation ("ICANN"), and NeuLevel Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Registry Operator"). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have that meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement.

Whereas, on 30 September 2004 the ICANN Board of Directors approved certain revisions to the Agreement.

Now, Therefore, in consideration of the mutual agreements contained herein and intending to be legally bound hereby, the parties hereto amend the Agreement as follows:

  1. Appendix C, Section 10, page 133-134, regarding the Auto-Renew Grace Period to the Agreement are hereby replaced by the substitute page attached hereto

The parties have duly executed this Amendment as of the date first written above.
