Dear Danny,
Today I received the Non-Commercial Users Constituency's statement responding to the inquiry I sent them on 17 March 2003 concerning your challenge to the process followed in the NCUC's selection of its representatives on the GNSO Council. The NCUC response has been posted at <http://www.icann.org/correspondence/ncuc-response-to-touton-20mar03.htm>.
It would assist in the assessment of your challenge to receive some additional information from you in response to the NCUC statement. Here is what would be most helpful:
1. Any objections to the NCUC's statement of the circumstances. Part 1 of the NCUC statement provides the factual circumstances that the NCUC believes are likely to be relevant to your challenge. If you believe that the NCUC statement of the circumstances is inaccurate or fails to include some circumstances that you believe are relevant, please provide a description of the manner in which you believe the NCUC statement should be corrected, explain why the correction is necessary, and provide any materials that support your explanation.
2. Reply to NCUC response to your objections. If you wish to reply to the NCUC response to your objections (particularly with respect to any new matter raised in the NCUC response), please include your reply, stated as concisely as possible.
If possible, I would greatly appreciate your providing any information you wish to provide in response to the above no later than Monday, 24 March 2003, Los Angeles time. If additional time is needed, please let me know ahead of time.
I appreciate your assistance on this matter. This message and the your response will be posted on the ICANN web site, except to the extent confidentiality is expressly requested.
Best regards,
Louis Touton
