Background

The Audit Committee of the ICANN Board was established by resolution on November 4, 1999.

Members of the Committee

The members of the Audit Committee are Harald Alvastrand, Steve Crocker, and Rita Rodin Johnston (Chair).

Charter

The Committee's charter was adopted and approved by the Board on 10 March 2000.
