ITU Secretary-General Hamadoun I. Touré Will Address ICANN Friday in Lisbon, Portugal

As previously advised, the Secretary-General of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), Dr. Hamadoun Touré will attend the ICANN Meeting in Lisbon.
He will address the community before the start of the Board Meeting on Friday, 30 March 2007.
This is a first for an ICANN meeting and all attendees are strongly encouraged to attend.
