Advisory Concerning Registry Request for Authorization
to Offer IDN Registrations

Pursuant to the Guidelines for the Implementation of Internationalized Domain Names and ICANN Board resolution 03.48, several registries have requested ICANN's authorization to offer IDN registrations.
