Biography
Eleeza joined ICANN in 2014 and direct's key programs and projects involving ICANN's engagement in emerging strategic issues and related work. She comes to ICANN with experience in international development. She has led programs supporting independent media in the former Soviet states and the Middle East from Washington, DC. Previous to her international development career, Eleeza worked as a local government and military reporter in Southern California. She holds a Masters' degree in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communication from UC Davis. She speaks fluent Armenian, intermediate French and beginner Russian and Spanish.
