The BC supports implementation of RDAP in the RAA and RyA.

However, we raise concerns about eliminating web-based lookup for users/consumers requirements, and offer suggestions to remedy those concerns.

The Contracted Parties House (CPH) recognizes and appreciates the investment of time and resources by all parties to reach a successful conclusion to these negotiations.   The CPH believes that the proposed amendments to the Registry Agreement and Registrar Accreditation Agreement are appropriate and meet the needs of operators and the community.
