On 11 May 2001, ICANN and NeuLevel entered into an Unsponsored Registry Agreement under which NeuLevel operates the .biz top-level domain. It was amended by Amendment No. 1 on 18 June 2003. The agreement and its current appendices may be viewed by following the links below.
