레지스트라 합병

ICANN 인가 레지스트라는 합병에 포함되는 경우 ICANN에 합병을 통지해야 합니다.

레지스트라 합병 거래는 다음과 같은 두 가지 형태로 이루어질 수 있습니다.

  • 두 ICANN 인가 레지스트라의 합병. 이 경우 두 레지스트라가 하나의 ICANN 인가 레지스트라 법인으로 합병되고 소멸되는 법인에 대한 인가는 해지됩니다.

  • ICANN 인가 레지스트라와 비인가 법인의 합병. 이 경우 승계 법인이 그대로 유지되거나 (해당하는 경우) ICANN 인가 법인이 됩니다.

어느 방법으로 합병하든 레지스트라는 택배, 팩스 또는 이메일(registrarupdates@icann.org)로 ICANN에 다음 문서를 제출해야 합니다.

  1. 회사 합병 계약서 사본(수정을 통해 기밀 조건을 제외할 수 있음)

  2. 해당 비즈니스 등록 기관에서 발급한 법인 설립인가증 및 법인 등기부등본

  3. 주요 연락처 업데이트 양식 [PDF, 638KB] (변경이 필요한 경우)

  4. 해당하는 경우:

    • 2009 RAA를 체결한 레지스트라의 경우 레지스트라 책임자 및 이사 목록

    • 2013 RAA를 체결한 레지스트라의 경우 업데이트된 레지스트라 정보 명세서 양식 [XLSX, 111KB].

Domain Name System
Internationalized Domain Name ,IDN,"IDNs are domain names that include characters used in the local representation of languages that are not written with the twenty-six letters of the basic Latin alphabet ""a-z"". An IDN can contain Latin letters with diacritical marks, as required by many European languages, or may consist of characters from non-Latin scripts such as Arabic or Chinese. Many languages also use other types of digits than the European ""0-9"". The basic Latin alphabet together with the European-Arabic digits are, for the purpose of domain names, termed ""ASCII characters"" (ASCII = American Standard Code for Information Interchange). These are also included in the broader range of ""Unicode characters"" that provides the basis for IDNs. The ""hostname rule"" requires that all domain names of the type under consideration here are stored in the DNS using only the ASCII characters listed above, with the one further addition of the hyphen ""-"". The Unicode form of an IDN therefore requires special encoding before it is entered into the DNS. The following terminology is used when distinguishing between these forms: A domain name consists of a series of ""labels"" (separated by ""dots""). The ASCII form of an IDN label is termed an ""A-label"". All operations defined in the DNS protocol use A-labels exclusively. The Unicode form, which a user expects to be displayed, is termed a ""U-label"". The difference may be illustrated with the Hindi word for ""test"" — परीका — appearing here as a U-label would (in the Devanagari script). A special form of ""ASCII compatible encoding"" (abbreviated ACE) is applied to this to produce the corresponding A-label: xn--11b5bs1di. A domain name that only includes ASCII letters, digits, and hyphens is termed an ""LDH label"". Although the definitions of A-labels and LDH-labels overlap, a name consisting exclusively of LDH labels, such as""icann.org"" is not an IDN."
