The Next Version of ICANN’s KPI Dashboard is Now Live

I am pleased to say we have now updated our Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Dashboard to "version two." In close partnership with the community, we've further evolved and updated some of the KPIs in the Dashboard. One example of this is the recently announced Beta gTLD Marketplace Health Index [PDF, 2.4 MB]. This update is a part of our commitment to reviewing and improving all aspects of the organization's operations and how it supports the community.

The KPI dashboard, which is updated monthly, allows you to better track our progress towards the strategic and operating plans. By viewing the detailed data it contains, you'll better understand ICANN's goals, targets and trends.

About the KPI Dashboard

The KPI Dashboard is part of ICANN's overall approach towards continuous improvement. Launched in August of 2015, it contains data aligned to ICANN's strategic goals with defined Key Success Factors, which have been translated into key performance indicators used to measure progress. We review and refine these KPIs as a part of our annual planning process, which is where we'll be sharing planned refinements with the community over the coming months.

While we work with the community to continue evolving our KPIs, we are also working on future improvements that will help you interact with the data. The next version of the KPI Dashboard is being developed now, and will allow you to dive down into some details of the KPIs, as well as allowing you to download the underlying data.
