Rodrigo is in charge of the Implementation of the LAC Strategic Plan, coordinating and supporting community working groups and task forces for the execution of various projects of the Plan. He is originally from La Paz, Bolivia.

Before joining ICANN in May 2014 he was the Legal Advisor at the Agency for the Development of Information Society in Bolivia (ADSIB) that also manages the ccTLD .bo.

The LAC+i Roadshow, a project of the Latin America and the Caribbean Strategy, travels across the region to do outreach on key topics related to the critical infrastructure of the Domain Name System (DNS). The regional ICANN community holds four roadshows per year for each of the following sub-regions: the Caribbean, the Andean Region, South America and Mexico/Central America.
