Qualified Launch Program(QLP)

A mechanism available in the New Generic Top-Level Domain Program (New gTLD Program) that allows a registry operator (RO) to register a limited number of domain names to third parties before the Sunrise Period begins. The QLP gives an RO the opportunity to promote its gTLD.
