Grace Ayres, a Masters' student at Pepperdine University, has completed an externship with the ICANN Office of the Ombudsman. Her externship has led Grace to write a very interesting paper about the ICANN Multi-stakeholder model. The paper, and her observations, is written from the perspective of an outsider to the ICANN process who is also an expert in conflict resolution. It is a very interesting paper, and well worth reading.
