Registry Operator shall continue to provide reports to ICANN per the terms set forth in Appendix 4 to the Registry Agreement, dated 8 December 2006, for the TLD as set forth at http://www.icann.org/en/about/agreements/registries/biz/appendix-04-08dec06-en.htm. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Registry Operator shall provide monthly reports for the TLD to ICANN using the API described in draft-lozano-icann-registry-interfaces <http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-lozano-icann-registry-interfaces>, no later than 180 calendar days after the later of (i) such publication becomes an RFC or (ii) the Effective Date of this Agreement. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Appendix, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). 1. Per-Registrar Transactions Report. This report shall be compiled in a comma separated-value formatted file as specified in RFC 4180. The file shall be named “gTLD-transactions-yyyymm.csv”, where “gTLD” is the gTLD name; in case of an IDN-TLD, the A-label shall be used; “yyyymm” is the year and month being reported. The file shall contain the following fields per registrar:
The first line shall include the field names exactly as described in the table above as a “header line” as described in section 2 of RFC 4180. The last line of each report shall include totals for each column across all registrars; the first field of this line shall read “Totals” while the second field shall be left empty in that line. No other lines besides the ones described above shall be included. Line breaks shall be <U+000D, U+000A> as described in RFC 4180. 2. Registry Functions Activity Report. This report shall be compiled in a comma separated-value formatted file as specified in RFC 4180. The file shall be named “gTLD-activity-yyyymm.csv”, where “gTLD” is the gTLD name; in case of an IDN-TLD, the A-label shall be used; “yyyymm” is the year and month being reported.
