The Network Information Center .ukgbni.com ( NIC UKGBNI) of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UKGBNI), hereby submits its opinion to the ICANN community:

On ICANN's Community Question:

"Do you support the proposed amendment to the Service Level Agreement for the IANA Numbering Services as agreed to between ICANN org and the Regional Internet Registries?"

Our response is for the case to be analyzed carefully and very carefully, as a radical change in the functions of the IANA can lead to a lack of operational transparency, lack of net neutrality, censorship and economic imbalance.

It is also necessary to analyze the technical capacity of the RIRs, their operational and institutional structures, because if the negotiation is done wrongly or contains problems, the vital activities of PTI-IANA are at risk.

Best Regards,

NIC UKGBNI
