Amendment No. 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

ICANN and VeriSign, Inc. agree that Appendix 4 of the 1 March 2006 .COM Registry Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with a new Appendix 4, in the form attached hereto.

The parties have duly executed this Amendment as of the date first written below.
