The Network Information Center .ukgbni.com ( NIC UKGBNI) of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UKGBNI), hereby submits its opinion to the ICANN community:

It is well known to many that the CCOICI has published new recommendations for the GNSO, such as clarity on what information should be shared, a new periodic survey model, stated purpose of the WGSA and others.

However, it is important that the GNSO review the rights of domain registrants and consumers to ensure that their rights are not violated by any registry or registrar, and that at no stage of the GNSO's proposed amendments harm registrants.

The GNSO works on behalf of the operators of gTLDs and various gTLDs, but in recent years, the GNSO has pushed the boundaries outlined in Global Internet Governance.

What can be noticed is an organization that claims to be multisectoral, having strange attitudes and often not bothering to listen to all parties.

Best Regards,

NIC UKGBNI
