This afternoon I will have the please of giving a guest lecture at the Hong Kong University Law School. Professor Hong Xue, one of the stalwarts of the ALAC community, and its present IDN Liasion, has asked me to speak to her Tech Law class about the role of the ICANN Ombudsman, and the use of Online Dispute Resolution.
