Naugus Limited, LLC Has Remedied Their Noncompliance

Naugus Limited, LLC has cured its breach to its accreditation agreement with ICANN and is being considered for renewal as an ICANN-accredited registrar. On 9 October 2009, ICANN notified Naugus Limited, LLC that it had failed to escrow certain enumerated gTLD registration data with ICANN's escrow agent, as it had agreed to do so on 15 July 2008. On 14 October 2009, Iron Mountain, ICANN's escrow agent, notified Naugus Limited, LLC and ICANN of Naugus' successful deposit of its gTLD registration data. The email confirming this deposit is displayed below.
