Amendment No. 5 to the .BIZ Registry Agreement

28 December 2012

ICANN and Neustar, Inc. agree that the following modifications are made to the .BIZ Registry Agreement dated 8 December 2006, as amended (the "Agreement"):

  1. The Parties agree that Section 4.1 of the Agreement is amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:

    "4.1 Term. The initial term of this Agreement shall expire on June 30, 2013, the "Expiration Date," as extended by any renewal terms."

  2. The Parties agree that, except as set forth herein, the current terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

 

The parties have duly executed this Amendment as of the date first written below.
