.ke ccTLD Sponsorship Agreement
(Signed 20 December 2002)


On 20 December 2002, ICANN and Kenya Network Information Centre Limited (KENIC) entered into a ccTLD Sponsorship Agreement under which KENIC is recognized as the manager for the .ke ccTLD. The agreement is based on the 5 August 2002 and 18 October 2002 designation of KENIC by the Kenyan Government, the 20 December 2002 IANA Report on Redelegation of the .ke Top-Level Domain, and the 18 November 2002 ICANN Board's approval of the .ke ccTLD Sponsorship Agreement.
