As the result of the Notices of Termination issued on November 25, 2009 to registrars OOO Russia (IANA ID 1238) and Hosting365 Inc. (IANA ID 956), ICANN is seeking expressions of interest from ICANN-accredited registrars that might wish to assume sponsorship of the gTLD names that were previously managed by these registrars. This request for expressions of interest is made pursuant to the De-Accredited Registrar Transition Procedure posted at http://www.icann.org/en/processes/registrars/de-accredited-registrar-transition-procedure-01oct08.pdf [PDF, 119K].

The registrars subject to termination of accreditation managed the following approximate number of registrations:

OOO Russia: 200 - 300 registrations in com and net

Hosting365 Inc.: 900 - 1,000 registrations in com, net, biz and info

Escrowed registration data is available in the form of separate csv files for each registrar.

ICANN-accredited registrars who wish to be considered as potential recipients of one or both of these three separate bulk transfers should be in good standing with regard to all ICANN-obligations and submit an Expression of Interest, using the form available at http://www.icann.org/en/processes/registrars/eoi-bulk-transfer-ooo-russia-and-hosting365-30nov09-en.doc [DOC, 32K], by no later than 16:00 UTC on Friday, 4 December 2009.

ICANN reserves the right to entertain any or none of the statements of interest submitted in response to this request and to select or approve a bulk-transfer recipient outside this process.

Registrar questions and submissions should be submitted by email to RegTransition@icann.org. Customers of the de-accredited registrars should refer to ICANN's posted announcement for registrant FAQs.
