Amendment No. 2 to the .MOBI Sponsored TLD Agreement

ICANN and mTLD Top Level Domain, Ltd. agree that the following modification is made to Appendix 6 of the 10 July 2005 .MOBI TLD Sponsorship Agreement:

• All single-character labels – the Registry may also allocate single-character second-level labels (such as a.mobi, 4.mobi, etc.) through ICANN-accredited registrars, based upon its implementation of a process using evaluation criteria to meet the needs of the DotMobi sponsored community.

The parties have duly executed this Amendment as of the date below.
