FIRST AMENDMENT TO REGISTRY AGREEMENT

THIS FIRST AMENDMENT (“Amendment”) is made and entered into this ________ day of ____________________, 2013 (“Amendment Effective Date”), between Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“ICANN”), and CORE Association, a Swiss not-for-profit association (“Registry Operator”).  ICANN and Registry Operator shall each hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” 

WHEREAS, the Parties executed that certain Registry Agreement, dated 14 July 2013 (the “Agreement”) under which Registry Operator operates the xn—80asehdb (онлайн) top-level domain; and

WHEREAS, the parties now mutually agree to amend the Agreement, specifically with regard to certain language contained in Exhibit A thereof, in the manner set forth herein below.

NOW THEREFORE, the Parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, do agree to the following:

1. Exhibit A.   Delete Section 2.3.1 of Exhibit A in its entirety and replace it with the following:

2.3.1. Cyrillic (Belarusian, Bulgarian, Russian, Ukrainian).

2. Terms of Original Agreement. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement not modified in this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect and be considered incorporated herein.  In the event of a conflict between this Amendment and the Agreement, this Amendment shall govern.  Any capitalized terms used herein not defined shall have the meaning provided in the Agreement.    

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have caused this Amendment to be executed by their duly authorized representatives.
