注册服务机构数据托管代理变更

注册服务机构若希望变更其数据托管代理 (Data Escrow Agent, DEA),则应该遵循下面所述的注册服务机构 DEA 变更流程。

流程步骤

  • 注册服务机构从注册服务机构数据托管计划页面上的列表中,选择一个(域名)转入注册服务机构 DEA。
  • 注册服务机构提交填写后的注册服务机构 DEA 变更请求表单,此表单将自动发送至 registrar@icann.org
  • 注册服务机构联系(域名)转入注册服务机构 DEA,开始实施《注册服务机构数据托管协议》(Registrar Data Escrow Agreement, RDEA)。RDEA 首先会发送给注册服务机构,继而转给(域名)转入注册服务机构 DEA,最后呈交给 ICANN 组织进行签署。ICANN 批准的适用于所有注册服务机构 DEA 的 RDEA 模板可以在注册服务机构数据托管计划页面上找到。
  • 收到完全实施 RDEA 的通知后,注册服务机构开始向(域名)转入 DEA 托管数据;与此同时,注册服务机构也要继续向其当前的 DEA 托管数据。
  • 注册服务机构首次成功向(域名)转入 DEA 进行全量数据托管,需通知 ICANN。
  • ICANN 组织经确认后,向所有相关方发送移交通知,以此证实之前的 RDEA 已终止,注册服务机构可以停止向之前的 DEA 托管数据。

Domain Name System
Internationalized Domain Name ,IDN,"IDNs are domain names that include characters used in the local representation of languages that are not written with the twenty-six letters of the basic Latin alphabet ""a-z"". An IDN can contain Latin letters with diacritical marks, as required by many European languages, or may consist of characters from non-Latin scripts such as Arabic or Chinese. Many languages also use other types of digits than the European ""0-9"". The basic Latin alphabet together with the European-Arabic digits are, for the purpose of domain names, termed ""ASCII characters"" (ASCII = American Standard Code for Information Interchange). These are also included in the broader range of ""Unicode characters"" that provides the basis for IDNs. The ""hostname rule"" requires that all domain names of the type under consideration here are stored in the DNS using only the ASCII characters listed above, with the one further addition of the hyphen ""-"". The Unicode form of an IDN therefore requires special encoding before it is entered into the DNS. The following terminology is used when distinguishing between these forms: A domain name consists of a series of ""labels"" (separated by ""dots""). The ASCII form of an IDN label is termed an ""A-label"". All operations defined in the DNS protocol use A-labels exclusively. The Unicode form, which a user expects to be displayed, is termed a ""U-label"". The difference may be illustrated with the Hindi word for ""test"" — परीका — appearing here as a U-label would (in the Devanagari script). A special form of ""ASCII compatible encoding"" (abbreviated ACE) is applied to this to produce the corresponding A-label: xn--11b5bs1di. A domain name that only includes ASCII letters, digits, and hyphens is termed an ""LDH label"". Although the definitions of A-labels and LDH-labels overlap, a name consisting exclusively of LDH labels, such as""icann.org"" is not an IDN."
