ICANN65 Fellowship Program Post-Meeting Report and ICANN66 Statements of Interest Are Now Available

8 August 2019

LOS ANGELES – 08 August 2019 – Today, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) announced the publication of its ICANN65 Fellowship Program Post-Meeting Report [PDF, 356 KB]. The report, authored by fellows, provides information on their pre-meeting activities, meeting highlights, and plans to stay involved.

The Fellowship Program Post-Meeting Report is part of the New Fellowship Program Approach, an initiative aimed to increase program transparency and provide the community with more data and information on the ICANN fellows' activities. The report will continue to be published after every ICANN Public Meeting.

The New Fellowship Program Approach also mandates the publication of Statements of Interest (SOI) from incoming fellows before and during each ICANN Public meeting. SOIs from ICANN66 fellows are now available here and will continue to be accessible until the end of this meeting.

About ICANN

ICANN's mission is to help ensure a stable, secure, and unified global Internet. To reach another person on the Internet, you need to type an address – a name or a number – into your computer or other device. That address must be unique, so computers know where to find each other. ICANN helps coordinate and support these unique identifiers across the world. ICANN was formed in 1998 as a not-for-profit public-benefit corporation with a community of participants from all over the world.
