Comments on specific proposals can be submitted by sending email to the addresses indicated in the table below. NOTE: Because of the large amount of spam these addresses receive, a confirmation system has been implemented. When you send an email to one of these addresses, you will shortly receive a reply explaining how you can confirm your submission.
