Comments on specific applications can be submitted by sending emails to the addresses indicated in the table below. NOTE: Because of the large amount of spam these addresses receive, a confirmation system has been implemented. When you send an email to one of these addresses, you will shortly receive a reply explaining how you can confirm your submission.
Spam and off-topic postings sent to the above addresses will be archived at <http://forum.icann.org/lists/net-rfp-spam/> and <http://forum.icann.org/lists/net-rfp-offtopic/>, respectively.
