Amendment No. 3 to .ORG Registry Agreement

ICANN and Public Interest Registry agree that Appendix 1 of the 8 December 2006 .ORG Registry Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with a new Appendix 1, in the form attached hereto.

The parties have duly executed this Amendment as of the date first written below.
