New gTLDs and Trademark Issues: Implementation Recommendation Team (IRT)

26 March 2009 | As directed by ICANN's Board in a recent resolution, the Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC) has formed an Implementation Recommendation Team (IRT). The IRT has been formed to provide possible solutions to trademark issues raised in the new Generic Top-Level Domain (New gTLDs) implementation planning.

25 March 2009 | This comment period is intended to gather further feedback before revised procedures are introduced into the FY2010 budget for approval at the Sydney meeting in June.
