Explanation: ICANN has released an update to the Draft Implementation Plan for introduction of a limited number of IDN ccTLDs, in addition to proposed implementation details regarding a number of open issues that were identified as requiring further input from the community. Comments received will be used to revise the plan in preparation of a Final Implementation Plan. |
