Explanation:The principle of ongoing review of ICANN’s structures is embedded in the organisation’s bylaws, and that includes review of the Board itself. That process is due to start soon but before the review itself happens, the terms of reference for that review are drawn up and put out for public comment. The terms of reference for the Board itself have now been drawn up and this comment period is an opportunity for the ICANN community to provide feedback on them.
