Explanation: ICANN’s Board has been provided with the Boston Consulting Group/Colin Carter & Associates’ independent review of the Board. This report will be used to inform ICANN’s effort to develop detailed proposals for improving the Board’s structure and processes. The Board has not had an opportunity to discuss the Report, but will consider it along with the ICANN community. As with other independent reviews of ICANN structures, the Board invites public input on the Report, and encourages the community to post their comments to the public forum that has been opened on this topic for the next 60 days.
