The Accountability Structures Expert Panel (ASEP) that is performing the review of ICANN's accountability structures has released its Project Plan, available at http://www.icann.org/en/news/in-focus/accountability/asep/project-plan-24sep12-en.pdf [PDF, 83 KB]. The Project Plan includes many items raised by the ASEP for initial consideration, including issues of procedure and scope of the Reconsideration and Independent Review Processes.
The recommendations generated by the ASEP will be posted for public comment in early November 2012. If you have comments that you wish for the ASEP to consider as the recommendations are being formulated, you can submit those comments to asep@icann.org. All comments received can be viewed at http://forum.icann.org/lists/asep/. The ASEP will also be holding a session at ICANN's meeting in Toronto.
