Secretary's Notice | ccTLD Agreement for .ht (Haiti)

ICANN's Board of Directors has unanimously authorized ICANN's President to enter on behalf of ICANN and implement a ccTLD Sponsorship Agreement for .ht (Haiti) in the form provided to the Board, with any minor corrections or adjustments as appropriate.
The Board's authorization was granted pursuant to Article VI, 19 of the bylaws, which permits the Board to act without a meeting if all Board members entitled to vote consent in writing.
