Security and Stability Advisory Committee Appointment of Ram Mohan as Non-voting Liaison

To the Secretary of ICANN –
ICANN Bylaws Article XI, Section 2 provides for the Security and Stability Advisory Committee to appoint a non-voting liaison to the ICANN Board of Directors. The ICANN Bylaws Article VI, Section 9, Paragraph 2 also provides that the body entitled to appoint a non-voting liaison shall give the Secretary of ICANN written notice of its appointment at least one month before the commencement of the annual meeting. Notice was provided earlier via other channels. Notice is hereby given to the Secretary that the Security and Stability Advisory Committee appointed Ram Mohan as its non-voting liaison to ICANN Board to a term that begins at the conclusion of the 2009 annual meeting.
