2006 Consumer Complaint Analysis
The pie chart below illustrates the volume of complaints received by ICANN in 2006 by category. In each case, consumer complaints were forwarded to the appropriate registrar for investigation and any required corrective action. Feedback from registrars and escalation were required in cases of complaints indicating serious or frequent behavior that had been validated.
