Sir/Madam:

  I hereby request a reconsideration of ICANN's November 9, 2000, Report on 
New TLD Applications as concerns IODesign.

  My name is as follows:

  The specific action of ICANN for which reconsideration is sought is 
ICANN's November 9, 2000 characterization of IODesign's application as poor 
from a technical and business standpoint.

  I am an attorney.  My clients have registered domain names through 
IODesign.  I have also registered a domain name, cases.web, and hope to 
start a legal internet site.

  If the mischaracterization of IODesign's application is not corrected, my 
clients and I will be harmed in our businesses.

  A temporary stay of the action is requested.  Specifically, ICANN's 
characterization of IODesign should be removed from the website until a new 
analaysis incorporating IODesign's responses to the characterization are 
considered and digested.

  The characterization ignores several important facts, which are raised in 
IODesign's responses and postings on the public comment board.  Moreover, 
any doubts may be addressed by ICANN granting IODesign a test period to see 
if its website can operate properly.
