Jean Armour Polly was appointed to ALAC through the Nomcom process and served for two years, 2004-2006, representing North America. While involved with ALAC she innovated online voting using the web facilities donated by Vote-now. In addition, she started the independent ICANNALAC.org website and ran it until her term ended.
