Accountability frameworks

This version reflects improvements to the model post the ccNSO concluding its review of financial contribution to ICANN. Changes are to section 3 of the AF formal version and in the letter of exchange, the paragraph dealing with financial contributions to ICANN.

• Current ICANN to ccTLD exchange of letters document contains statements of commitments.
• Current Accountability framework document contains not only clauses stating the obligations of a ccTLD manager and ICANN, but also covers dispute resolution and termination. [French]

Model MoUs

• Model ICANN-ccTLD Manager Memorandum of Understanding - Legacy Situation, initial version (2 September 2001).
• Model ICANN-ccTLD Manager Memorandum of Understanding - Legacy Situation, second version (23 March 2002). This version reflects improvements to the model developed in the course of continuing discussions with ccTLD managers. Changes are in Sections 1.1, 1.2, 4.5, and 6.1.
• Model ccTLD Sponsorship Agreement - Triangular Situation, initial version (2 September 2001).
• Model ccTLD Sponsorship Agreement - Triangular Situation, second version (16 December 2001). This version reflects improvements to the model developed in the course of completing the .au ccTLD Sponsorship Agreement and subsequent discussions with GAC representatives and ccTLD managers. Changes are in Sections 4.5.1, 6.3, and 6.14.
• Model ccTLD Sponsorship Agreement - Triangular Situation, third version (31 January 2002). This version reflects improvements to the model developed in the course of continuing discussions with ccTLD managers and governmental representatives. Changes are in Sections 4.1 and 4.6.
