ICANN European At-Large Community MoU with ICANN Open for Public Comment

The European region of At-Large has reached a consensus on the contents of a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between the region and ICANN.
Those wishing to comment are encouraged to do so and to make their comments not later than 20th April 2007 at 12:00 UTC.
