White Paper on ICANN Meetings Posted for Public Comment

ICANN is seeking feedback on the purpose and structure of the large international Board meetings that are currently held three times a year. To encourage discussion, Susan Crawford, a member of ICANN's Board Meetings Committee, has prepared a discussion paper. Comments on any/all of the talking points are encouraged. Comments can be made to meeting-comments@icann.org and reviewed at http://forum.icann.org/lists/meeting-comments.
In addition to the discussion paper, a series of questions are posted for quick responses. Fill out and submit the questionnaire.
A workshop incorporating the feedback provided by the community will be held in São Paulo on Wednesday, 6 December, at 15:00 São Paulo time, which is UTC -3. An audio feed, webcasting and transcription of the workshop will be available.
