Advisory Concerning IAB Comment on .com and .net Nameserver Behavior

On Monday, 6 January 2003, ICANN requested the advice of the Internet Architecture Board on changes to the behavior of the .com and .net nameservers, as had been announced by VeriSign Global Registry Services. The Internet Architecture Board provided a consensus statement on Friday, 25 January 2003. ICANN has requested that VeriSign Global Registry Services provide a response to the Internet Architecture Board's statement.
