Ms. Silvia Vivanco is Manager, At –Large Regional Affairs. In this capacity Silvia works directly with the RALOs and the individual ALSes to support them in their process and policy-related activities. Silvia has extensive knowledge of international business transactions, telecommunications regulations and transactional matters. She was a member of the legal team of a multinational telecommunications company headquartered in the United States and worked as Senior Regulatory advisor at a US-based telecommunications consulting. She has experience with International Organizations as Legal Counsel and Project Manager. She holds an LLM from Georgetown University Law Center and a Law degree from the University of Lima, Peru. Ms. Vivanco speaks English, Spanish and some German.
