Bridgett joined ICANN in December 2007 as Sr. Human Resources Generalist, where she manages a broad range of HR functions including HR systems, employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, performance management, staffing, training and development and records management.

Bridgett's previous experience includes roles as Recruiter, HR Specialist, and e-learning Development Consultant, with organizations such as Farmers Insurance, Pacific Bell (AT&T), and UCLA. She holds a B.A. in Communications from CSU Dominguez Hills, a Certificate in Human Resources from UCLA, and a PHR (Professional in Human Resources designation), from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
