Robb Antrobus | Director, gTLD Process Development

Robb will be based in Marina del Rey and will oversee development of the business processes and technology solutions required to process gTLD applications and manage evaluation panelists during gTLD application processing.

Robb comes to ICANN from KPMG's Global Services Centre, where he was responsible for technology development and product management across KPMG’s Advisory Services, Human Resources, and Marketing functions, focused on defining and implementing technology solutions for business problems. His responsibilities included translating business needs into technology solutions by developing, refining, and documenting business processes for automation; driving consistency and reducing risk for client service professionals in their delivery of global advisory services through technology solutions; managing several products and product suites including usage tracking, user feedback cycles, product growth and maturity, including lifecycle management through to product retirement; reviewing and approving business process and subsequent business and functional requirements documents as the foundation for application development; and leading and managing multiple project managers and project functional leads to initiate, plan, execute, and close complex projects crossing multiple global organizations and geographies.
