Seeing technology at the center of transitions in the Middle East, Grace took an Internet Policy course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which led to research experiences at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy and TechNet in Washington, DC, as well as The GovLab at New York University. Grace joined ICANN in October 2013.
Nora Abusitta-Ouri's career has been defined by a focus on international relations and public diplomacy. She has extensive experience in working with international organizations and governments in various capacities. Nora currently serves as Vice President for Public Responsibility Programs. The Public Responsibility Programs focus on ICANN's role as an enabler of growth in the DNS industry and related industries around the world.
Eleeza comes to ICANN with experience in international development leading programs supporting independent media in the former Soviet states and the Middle East from Washington, DC. Previous to her international development career, Eleeza worked as a local government and military reporter in Southern California.
Yan is an internal auditor with 10 years of experience in risk assessment, financial and operational audits in engineering, construction and manufacturing industry. Yan has significant international experience developing and implementing ethics and compliance programs in more than 20 countries. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is fluent in Russian.
Steve joined ICANN in 2013. As a member of the Online Community Services team, his responsibilities include working with internal and external stakeholders to successfully guide services from conception to launch and manage ongoing maintenance. Carlos is a member of ICANN's Internet identifiers Security, Stability and Resiliency Team. Steve Antonoff joined ICANN as Director of Human Resources in March 2007. In this capacity Steve is responsible for the global human capital activities of the organization with a particular emphasis on performance management, sourcing qualified individuals to join the ICANN team, and developing efficiencies in process and procedure.

As the first President of ICANN's Global Domains Division, Akram Atallah oversees management of generic domain operations, domain name industry engagement and web services. His appointment in June 2013 acknowledged the rising importance of the organization's New gTLD Program that is increasing the Internet's top-level domain name space from 22 top-level domains like .COM and .ORG to potentially thousands more.

Josh's responsibilities include coordination of events with the meeting planners and perform technical support for meetings. Jeff Dunn is the Online Education Specialist at ICANN. He founded the world's largest education technology website, was the Communications Manager at Harvard Law School, and is an invited speaker at education events around the world.

Samantha Eisner is Senior Counsel to ICANN, joining the organization in February 2009. Prior to joining ICANN, Samantha was a litigation associate in the Antitrust and Competition Group at the international law firm Jones Day, advising clients on all aspects of antitrust law, and representing clients in both state and federal courts on antitrust matters and in other related complex corporate litigation suits.
Teresa Elias joined ICANN in August 2010 as the Executive Assistant to Rod Beckstrom, CEO. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings to ICANN over 20 years in state government, corporate, and non-profit C-level executive support experience. Aaron Hickmann joined ICANN as Director, GDD Operations in 2014. As a member of the Operations team, he is responsible for management of the EBERO program, the Trademark Clearinghouse as well as a range of operational areas. Prior to working at ICANN, Aaron was a Director of Industry Strategy at Vertafore, Inc., a nationwide provider of software and services to the insurance industry.

Lars Hoffmann joined ICANN in December 2012 as a policy analyst. Previously to joining ICANN, Lars was an Assistant Professor at Maastricht University and a Researcher at the Federal Trust in London. Lars holds postgraduate degrees from Oxford and the LSE. He is fluent in English and French, in addition to his native German. Alice joined ICANN in 2010 as Assistant, Organizational Reviews, and most recently served as Organizational Reviews Manager. Tarek Kamel is an Egyptian expert in global Internet governance issues. He is considered the father of the Internet in Egypt.
Zuhra's key responsibilities are to manage compliance programs that support ICANN's contractual compliance function, initiatives and improvements. This includes managing and processing complaints, conducting reviews, investigations and enforcement. Zuhra bring with her over ten years of experience working in diverse projects including domestic violence, conflict resolution, advocacy campaign, law clinics and education.
Jacks has been in the Audit and Risk Management profession for over 14 years, while managing international and domestic audits for various High Tech Firms to the Supplements Industry. He has extensive experience in both IT and Financial Auditing, as well as thorough knowledge of audit planning, scoping, and managing of complex audit activities. Jacks holds 2 degrees (International Business and Economics) from Sam Houston State University, Huntsville Texas, as well as an MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.
Dalini has been part of ICANN staff since January 2013 serving as an Information Security Audit Associate. She manages all aspects of ICANN's third party security audits, including the coordination of remediation efforts between various departments such as Security and Information Technology.

Caitlin joined ICANN in December of 2012 and is responsible for managing ICANN's relationships with ICANN-accredited registrars in the North America region. Her work will include the management of communications and educational tools for registrars.
Dr. Heidi Ullrich is Director for At-Large, where she is responsible for leading the team that provides the Secretariat and policy advice development support for the community of Individual Internet Users engaged in ICANN ("At-Large"). She joined ICANN as Manager, At-Large Regional Affairs in December 2008. In that role she was responsible for supporting the activities of the At-Large community at the regional level.
Prior to working at ICANN, Isaac served as a Data Center Solutions' Consultant for SUSE/Novell. He also held several positions, including IT Service Continuity Manager and Configuration Manager at Network Information Center Mexico. Isaac holds his BS in Information Technologies Engineering. In addition, he has completed continuing IT coursework and holds multiple certifications.
Leo Vegoda is the Operational Excellence Manager and has also served as the IANA Function Liaison for Internet Number Resource Allocation since 2006. In these capacities he supports the IANA Department in implementing systematic and sustainable improvements to its operations in pursuit of excellence.
Mauricio joined ICANN in October 2013 to work with the DNS Operations team.
María joined ICANN in March 2012, first as a freelance French interpreter and translator and since September 2013 as French Language Expert and Head Interpreter. She brings more than 20 years of experience in translation and interpretation to clients in a wide range of fields such as biotechnology, business, automobile, fashion, philosophy, government affairs and others. She is currently based in Bordeaux, France.
Ms. Silvia Vivanco is the At-Large Regional Manager. In this capacity Silvia works directly with the RALOs and the individual ALSes to support them in their process and policy-related activities. Silvia has extensive knowledge of international business transactions, telecommunications regulations and transactional matters. She was a member of the legal team of a multinational telecommunications company headquartered in the United States and worked as Senior Regulatory advisor at a US-based telecommunications consulting.
Save Vocea joined ICANN in October 2006 to promote ICANN and foster relations in the Oceania region by engaging with various Internet stakeholder groups through information sharing, regional representation and participation as they relate to ICANN's respective
Paula joined ICANN in January 2013 and has been working with the IANA department on DNS root management including both ccTLDs and gTLDs. She holds a BA degree in English from Beijing International Studies University, and a MS degree in Public Policy from University of Southern California.
Attorney with three years of experience in securities litigation and corporate and securities transactional law. Yungsheng has experience in corporate formation, governance, private and public securities offerings, drafting agreements, as well as mergers and acquisitions and SEC filings, including a variety of Chinese clients. Yungsheng has also worked on large-scale complex securities litigation. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (both Simplified and Traditional Characters).
Russ Weinstein joined ICANN in October 2012 responsible for managing the application evaluation panels on the new gTLD program. Russ holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a MBA from the University of Southern California.
Brad is ICANN's primary point of contact for news organizations and journalists from around the globe. He is an Emmy Award winning television correspondent and producer. His work has been seen on CNN, CBS, A&E and the Discovery Channel. Brad has also served as a senior investigator for two committees of the U.S. Senate.
Champika is the ICANN's Regional Security, Stability and Resiliency (SSR) Engagement Manager for the Asia Pacific. He supports the ICANN's external SSR program and represents ICANN in operational, technical and capacity building forums in the APAC region.
Christine Willett is vice president of gTLD Operations for ICANN. With more than 20-years of experience in system integration, operations and client management, Willett joined ICANN in 2012 to oversee the operational rollout of the New gTLD Program.
Prior to ICANN, Kelvin served in the Singapore Government under the Management Associate and Public Service Leader program, where he engaged in the formulation of strategies and policies in a wide range of sectors from culture, finance, to media and infocomm. As a policy-maker, he led various teams in handling diverse and often challenging issues related to national identity and culture, UNESCO, the national budget as well as media development and digital technologies.
Mary Wong joined ICANN as a Senior Policy Director in 2013. Mary is a member of the Policy Team performing global policy development work and her responsibilities encompass managerial, analytical and research related duties. She also supports the Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) with legal and policy advice and research.
An international lawyer by training, Michael (Mikhail) Yakushev has an extensive and diverse background in Telecom/IT and Internet Business. He worked as Chief Counsel of Moscow-based branches of multi-national corporations like Orange/Equant, Microsoft, and SAP; he was also the Head of Legal Service of the Russian Federal Ministry on Telecommunications (2004-2006), and VP of Russian Internet holding group Mail.Ru.Group.
Business professional Sr. Administrative Assistant with an extensive background in communication and document management. Victoria's responsibilities include supporting the VP of IANA and Technical Operations and the VP of Contractual Compliance and the coordination and support for the activities in both departments. She has a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Windsor, ON, Canada and a Bachelor's of Commerce – International Business from Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, NH.
Philadel joined ICANN in 2013. She is a new member of the Global Stakeholder Engagement Team and facilitates collaboration across the region.
She is based in the Asia Pacific Hub office in Singapore.
Joette Youkhanna joined ICANN in October 2007. Joette is responsible for supporting the work of ICANN's Nominating Committee (NomCom), including supporting the NomCom with candidate application and selection process, coordinating meetings and outreach events, development of NomCom announcements and website updates.
Winnie Yu joined ICANN Staff as an Administrative Assistant in 2013 and was previously associated with ICANN as a contractor. As a member of the DNS Industry Engagement team, her responsibilities include performing administrative support for the DNS Industry Engagement Team.
Kuek Yu-Chuang is ICANN's vice president and managing director for its Asia Pacific hub. He is concurrently part of ICANN's global stakeholder engagement team for the Asia Region. In these roles, Kuek oversees ICANN's expansion and operations in the region.
Before joining ICANN in August 2013, Kuek served as a Senior Director for Yahoo! Inc., where he led the company's public policy efforts in the Asia Pacific and Latin American regions.
Bill joined ICANN in January 2006 and serves as an Administrative Assistant provide general support for the entire organization including purchasing, office supplies, phones, shipping, receiving, and more.
Mike joined ICANN in October 2005 and serves as Registrar Programs Manager where he manages the contractual relationships with registrars including new applications, renewals and ongoing contractual matters.
