Grace graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in Middle Eastern Studies. Seeing technology at the center of transitions in the Middle East, Grace took an Internet Policy course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which led to research experiences at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy and TechNet in Washington, DC, as well as The GovLab at New York University. Grace joined ICANN in October 2013.

She has extensive experience in working with international organizations and governments in various capacities. Nora currently serves as Vice President for Public Responsibility Programs. The Public Responsibility Programs focus on ICANN's role as an enabler of growth in the DNS industry and related industries around the world.

Matt graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a triple Bachelor of Arts in International Developmental Studies, Political Science, History and a minor in Middle Eastern/North African Studies. After his undergraduate career Matt moved to Dublin, Ireland where he completed his Masters of Philosophy in International Peace Studies with a specialty in International Relations from Trinity College Dublin.

In addition to English, Matt speaks fluent Farsi and some Spanish.
