.uz ccTLD Sponsorship Agreement
(Signed 27 March 2003)

On 27 March 2003, ICANN and Uzinfocom entered into a ccTLD Sponsorship Agreement under which Uzinfocom is recognized as the manager for the .uz ccTLD. The agreement is based on the 22 October 2002 designation of Uzinfocom by the Government of Uzbekistan, the 10 April 2003 IANA Report on Redelegation of the .uz Top-Level Domain, and the 2 December 2002 ICANN Board's approval of the .uz ccTLD Sponsorship Agreement.
